I watched all my extensions unregister themselves and then the asterisk service shut down. Extensions could no longer call other extensions.

I started getting authentication errors in the log files. Finally ESET has released updated BPP module (1256) and I was just able to install (and use) the 1password extension in BPP. I then started to get the creeping flakyness.
